    I know it has been speculated that NCM might make a scrip bid for LGL.

    Currently NCM is down over 1.3% while LGL is up over 3.2%.

    Quite odd.

    I wonder if today's share price movements indicates there might be some truth to the takeover/merger speculation?

    Probably not. Probably just their respective share prices moving out of whack today.
