    It can only be good news for AZO.

    1) If Shell do takeover Arrow then there will be up to $4bn of CSG investors looking for their next CSG play.

    2) Having Shell as a 20% shareholder/partner would open many doors

    3) Shell may become interested in increasing its position in AZO
