This is what this forum is about now. I'm almost certain the deal is sealed, and it seems the market has accepted that fact given the relatively small discount on BBI and the next to technical value on BEPPA.

Obviously there's still a risk of deal not done and that's the discount price. IMO, if you believe the deal is going to be voted "Yes" I would believe BEPPA has an upside beyond the 10% after conversion, not only because the conversion per se but because of the premium they have as EPS.

Not my cup of tea at the moment, but interesting times ahead for sure.
