    I don't have a definitive answer for you; I can suggest some possible scenarios.

    (a) Seller bought below .10 cents - time for profit
    (b) Seller may need cash to cover margin calls
    (c) Seller might have another stock in mind that will
    Do in their opinion better that CLV.

    It's not an avalanche of sellers; it appears to be one or two. The fundamentals are well in place for growth, the key will be the full year results & weather a dividend will be announced. DYOR
