Hey Gundi - just in case the 'boys' are reading, do you know of any nearby projects that may be going on the cheap?

The MDI purchase announcement, $1.25M + 1.2% royalty capped and payable only when Gold is above $1450 shows the project purchased is low grade and not making money IMO. But check out the assets they get, a fully functional plant even with water resource!

Now if we could just find one of those around us...
