Unfortunately Rick my opinion is that for a while now, management being so old and near the end, are simply using this as a cash cow until their retirement kicks in. The sad fact is this business is not being run as a business and is more of a retirement fund. Money got low, they strike an appalling deal with Bergen just to pay them selfs salaries for a few years. Unfortunately they don’t give a damn about the business or company value, their primary concern is their income continuing uninterrupted and they have never been held accountable. I promise you that unless the entire lot of them are wiped and new team installed this will go nowhere.....

Some may argue that they’ve kept the business alive and stumped up money from their own pockets, but to what end... oh yes to continue to derive a salary from the company and keep it going for this purpose alone, there is decades of evidence....
