In the offer it warns something along the lines that the price may fall lower than the SPP by the time you get issued your shares. So maybe it is a better strategy to short OEX if you want 20% + maybe a bit more. If that last announcement could not excite the market I really do not know what will... unless Ron has another bit of news up his sleeve!
