any speculation on what is going on

Today is the last day to pay up for partly paid shares. Seen no substantial news so looks like ~40M PP shares will be going to auction unless we see Exchange stump up more dollars. Can't see that as they have supported this to the point of owning the whole company.
You would have to hope that the board puts a reserve on the PP shares at auction of at least 3 cents which would bring in $1.2M.
Lets hope we get news flow in the next 3 weeks so they can raise more from the auction. That way they don't completely blow up the register in order to pay KMI.

I hope the register clean up of directors options and PP shares is a clean up for a lithium specialty MD to come on board or someone who is going to live in Austria and get this project producing.

I look forward to some announcements on direction.
