Does any one have any light to shed on this decline?
2.45 to current levels which are not so far from the 52 week lows?
I cant see a reason?
They dont have high gearing, havent seen increasing vacancy rates?
Potentially the resi market cooling is tempering prices of the units and making sales or onsales more difficult but I wouldnt have thought that should depress the prices to the current levels?
Have I missed something?
