I think we're in for roller coaster for next 18-36 months - it'll be a long road and time will tell how the market will react - I am in some start up resource stocks and see what is positive announcements only to see no reaction from market!!! Argh
But it's a strong retailer- proven track record (take out past 2 years of course) - my only worry on future is leadership at top - particularly in grocery - Michael James was GM BWS (now going backwards) AND then Petrol (Threw the baby out with bath water) - that's the engine room and will provide growth again if led right - now I'm hearing a lot of experienced managers are leaving business
There has been a "cleansing" in store/area management in a few divisions - particularly in divisions above - you might think cultural change but these are management teams that took WOW to $37 on SP - something is not right at senior level - hope Brad B can make that change - I think he is up for it despite some sentiment here - time will tell
