Was wondering when you folk were going to catch on... been quietly building up a piece of this around 18 avg... its got some distressed development crap in it courtesy of the "Don-the-baby-faced-assassin".
What I like about it a large proportion of the investment property they hold is supposed B & C grade non-instituional quality - which is actually very liquid and very saleable at the moment because the cashed private buyers can afford the price-points and they have the borrowing capacity... once they clear some of these sales - watch the insto's thow some loot at the QIC Batman and Robin team to go out some intstituional grade bargains.
