Major stupidity if they have gotten themselves blindsided by this. You can’t run a listed business and not know the basic rules. You guys best hope that’s not the reason for this delay or the asx might well decide the market is better off without them listed. Then your investment will never see an iota of return as a private company. Hopefully there is more to it... but their silence is deafening
