Great thanks, appears then to be distinctly potentially linked to Chapter 1 & 2 requirements. As that means in effect applying for re-admission, the issue of historical revenues/profits is going to make that impossible. Are ZYB then arguing over the need to meet Chapter 1/2 requirements? Is that why it's taken so long? The company should just come clean on their status/objectives.
