You appear to have a fairly fundamental misunderstanding about how funds management works.
The .88% is the (fully disclosed) level of fee used to run the funds management business, it is not a commission as per one relevant definition:
"a sum or percentage of what has been paid that is allowed to agents, sales representatives, etc., for their services: "

DomaCom neither accepts nor pays out any commission.
Also the unit prices shown are net of all normal property related costs, including the fund management fees and is consistent with how every other fund manager in the world will calculate prices.
