Seems odd and not very sustainable that their EPS is significantly lower than the DPS. It sure is a great dividend, but one wonders how long the company can sustain it.

If/when the DPS drops, that SP is likely to go through the floor. It will be a perfect storm for holders.

At least with REIT stocks, there is a material asset at the end of the line. This, I'm not so sure about.

Looks a bit sus to me. Don't think they'll be getting any of my hard earned..
