    Correction, bit more complicated than that:
    US$250k + 10M AUK shares + 5M AUK options
    for the initial agreement (the 90% option)
    plus US$1M to PT Golden to upgrade the gold plant
    Then US$9M if they want to proceed with the purchase.
    For initial 2 years of the option - profit share on the gold production from the plant of 50%.
    Gold plant production up to 100t ore/day - but dont think it is currently producing anything.
