Hi there, I hold the stock since about 4 weeks or so, unfortunately thought it was cheap when I bought but now it is cheaper still. But this is a long time hold for me, so as you say the dividend and (hopefully) absolute return regardless of market conditions is what I find attractive.
But it is a bit strange that they have a placement at $4.13 or whatever after tax and the price drops to $3.57!

I have excellent skills in buying at the top!
