"There is some risk on the next announcement. If showing they have reached positive earnings accreditive then share price will hover around current price. If they show an operating loss still then share price will drift substantially lower"

If they have reached positive earnings, one would think that the sp would re-rate, why ? to reach positive earnings they would had to grown their business in the last 12 months, if that's the case you would buy shares on future earnings because insurance business is recurring & one would expect further growth.
