    Does any one get the feeling that this smells somewhat fishy?

    If they come out of this halt and announce that India have paid there bill and they have movement on the JV I will be a little upset. (and very happy at the same time as it would mean the worthless paper I have at the moment may actually allow me to recover some sunken funds.)


    Just my first thought when I saw the notice.
