    proposal to issue directors 5c strike oppies in lou of not being paid for ages. july 2014 5c

    Vesting period of two years, with 6m time served already (is that like escrow??)

    so this is a positve to me,says that although we are locked in the basement dark, like mushrooms, this is evident of a process not given to death blow.

    ie directors think that in 18m we'll still be around for them to exercise.
