I was wondering the same.

Is it really that simple to just announce to the market that the company has gone into VA .... and walk away.

The only purpose of a shareholder seems to be to provide cash.

I don't assume for a second that any news would be good considering the current price of copper. But still, as a (obviously former) shareholder I would expect to be at least kind of be kept in the loop what is happening to my (former) money. This is a disgrace,
