Hi Swift,
No news since the AGM, but we are now trading as AIMDA & DB.

As far as the meeting goes, here is quick wrap-up:

Item 2 - Adoption of Remuneration Report - Resolution carried (No biggy there)

Item 3 - Appointment of Auditor KPMG - Resolution carried (Big majority here)

Item 4 - Re-election of Louis Mnguni - Resolution carried (There was a bit of negativity here ~320mil for ~107mil against)

Item 5 Re-election of Nicole Bowman - Resolution carried (Big majority here)

Item 6 - Non Exec Dir Remuneration - Resolution withdrawn (my vote was against also)

Item 7 - New Constitution - Resolution carried (Big majority here)

Item 8 - Change of name - Resolution carried (Big majority here)

Item 9 - Employee option plan - Resolution withdrawn (Decisive vote against)

Items 10~14 - Options to Directors - Resolution withdrawn (Again the most decisive vote against)

Item 15 - Consolidation of share capital - Resolution carried (Pretty much everybody wanted this by the votes)

Item 16 - Delisting AIMR - Resolution carried (understandably a bit of resitance of ~324mil for and ~103mil against

I guess the overwhelming message by the L/T holders here is that we will not allow any more 'free' cash until the company gets back on its feet. We have passed a number of resolutions, painful as they are, but needed to get Black Thorn Resources a chance for a sound future.
