It's about getting users on the Pointerra Platform. The more the better. If it's via partnerships with the likes of Bentleys/Intel, so much the better. Exclusivity sounds great, but often comes at a cost, especially if exclusivity fails to deliver promised revenue. Competition for sales is healthy. No one company is all things to all markets. Not even Amazon.
Bentleys is another feather in the cap for 3DP along with the likes of Autodesk Forge/BIM360, AAM GEOCIRRUS and TES.
Worth listening to Ian describing in the recent Start-up Grind fireside chat how he's going about building US$100 million p.a. sales. Basically by targeting specific verticals and partnering with the key players in those verticals.
Win-win.
