I read it differently... the ann. says 'this COULD become a significant source of revenue...' IF taken up across Aust.. (It's a revenue sharing arrangement, so 3DP $$ are based on a % of TES subscriptions... est. at a max. $1.4M p.a.... if entire 'addressable market' for Perth LGA dataset were to subscribe.) If we were $1.4M p.a. guaranteed from Q3 2018, the SP would be twice what it is now. IMO. GLTAH R-7
