Went to the fireside chat last night. Worth a listen when it becomes available. If you ever invest in a stock based purely on quality mgt and leadership, Ian Olsen would seem near the top.
Sounds like he runs a tight ship but operates the company on basis of teamwork - motto is "transparency, no secrets, no xxxxheads". They bounce off each other and learn from each other. Found him to be really down to earth, no nonsense but quite inspirational.
Am sure the startup entrepreneurs could learn a lot from his style of leadership.
