There was an interview on Inside market and the question was asked by the brokers to raise when the price was in the teens and he said he would rather hire a few brilliant sales people then have twenty.
Personally i think he should have raised at those higher prices to shore up the balance sheet.
Because IMO this is whats holding it back now having said that LNU raised at 12 cents but have so much shares now and option conversion hard to see the stock price moving up.
