The announcement stated that ABC agreed with MS to exclusively negotiate final documentation by 24 March (New York Time) with completion expected to occur by the end of April 2008. Whilst I have no idea whether the deal will go through, I would not have expected an update as yet as New York is only in the early hours of the 24th March as we speak. I would have expected you may hear some sort of announcement during the day tomorrow.
