    PACT came out with an impairment and warned of a difficult environment and it got savaged - negative sentiment has probably flowed onto PPG.  PPG did warn on impairments in the AGM, so that should already be built into the price.  It should report soon (tomorrow perhaps), so there might be more pain, or it might be positive, in which case a quick climb.
