amen to that!...:-) i have been itching to buy some of it for awhile now....such a nice holding to have!...and divies were tops for years...:-)...but that debt is a huge worry....if you read more comments in FR some are quite bullish on retail sector and some wouldn't have it for free atm....i will sit on sidelines for a bit more and watch how they manage that debt reduction...it would be a shame if they went completely under because of it...but there had been heaps of darlings of the market who are no more..:-(
