As we wait on the judgement....

How much is know about the man handing down the decision?
His previous judgments - do they favor business ?
Political leaning ?
Associates ?

There is no doubt that the timing of the decision will be to (not so obviously) have maximum political impact, it would be naive to think the best interests of the Victorian taxpayer is at the heart of these decisions.

A clue may lie not so much in the why but the who....
