If they can appeal to a higher court, the risk is they will win the appeal or worse for them , higher damages are awarded. Thats what happens with "people" cases. But i cant remember what happens if the "high court" is used Any solicitors here please correct me and inform this forum as its been a long while since i did law and i did come 2nd in my class and tuned out a lot haha so i dont pretent to know it all!
