From memory, did Lakes ask for compensation for lost rev or inconvenience? How does the court calculate rev from many minor unworking wells? Anyway we asked for a couple of billion? If we got 1 mil compensation the SP wont move much but 500 mill- 2 Billion??? wow it will skyrocket even with out drilling yet. Money in the bank is 90% of everything! Who need to drill? This long delay is tough on SH's. To be honest i would rather have the money up front than no money and only exploration as that leaves a lot speculation and cost and time and expenses. One thing that the GFC in USA taught me. The people/companies that survived that crash in 2008 had cash as all the assets devalued. Relevant here? Yes- when you have lots cash you have options.
