Agree with you point about holding land and sitting on it. Classic property developers move to wait until prices come up sufficiently. Should be a use it or lose it policy.
However, i believe the judgement will be handed down before the election, not after. If after the election there will be a perceived lack of due process if the judge sat on his judgement for 9months !!
