Wallstreet:
Don't you remember the high profile judge in I think NSW where he was reserving decisions and not handing down his verdicts for over eighteen months in crucial cases....not once but on numerous occasions while sending businesses bankrupt and people lost all their assets because of the delays. He was put on notice that he was going to be sacked and low and behold he pulls out the old chestnut that he was suffering from depression and his old school buddies piped up and said what a great guy he was.
He retained his job and as far as we know suffered no repercussions. He can take as long as he likes and LKO shareholders can whistle dixie unless management get a set of balls.
