If the Judge was appointed by the this lefty Government it would be fair to assume that he may not adjudicate against them (only from the basis that you never bite the hand that feeds you ???).

Maybe he is digging deep to go through all the records of this saga to find a loophole to hang his at on to back his decision. Otherwise why is it taking so long to announce his decision ??
I would have thought that it was a clear cut decision.
