Timmi...my feeling is that the Govt. has already acknowledged that
LKO's interpretation of Frac. Legislation....was correct which weakens
Govt. case big time...and can only be encouragement for the Judge
to provide a massive "wrap over the knuckles" to the Govt...and perhaps
allow LKO...to proceed with it's business according to existing Law..
given that the Govt. has failed to prove it's case..due at best
sloppy "legal" work ..or at worst hurried incompetence by
those "public servants"trying to punch well above their eight...
