Dear Sir/Madam

Please find attached our latest report to creditors dated 21 December 2017 and update to shareholders dated 29 June 2017.

As per the attached, the Liquidation is currently without fund and the Liquidators are waiting on finalisation of the Receivership and confirmation as to whether any surplus funds from the Receivership will flow to the Liquidation.

At this stage, the Liquidators are not in a position to provide shareholders with Capital Loss Statement as the outcome of the Liquidation is still unknown and contingent on the completion of the Receivership, which is still ongoing.
