I fired off an email to FTI Consulting requesting information on the current situation and how long WDS would remain listed on the ASX.
I received a prompt reply as follows,
The Receivers are still trading the business on and realising assets for the secured creditor.
Once this is complete we will hand over the process to KordaMentha, the Liquidators, and they will begin their process of realising any remaining assets if any for the benefit of unsecured creditors.
A report on the way forward with the shares and if they hold any value will also be included in their process as Liquidators.
