I would certainly wait for more clarity before making any investment back into OBL. i am not obsessed about buying at the lowest trough and selling at highest peak, (its wishful thinking to be able to time the market). The important bit is to make a decent return for my investments.

I have been in situations where very promising company floundered because one of the key criteria failed to materialize (or even just partly). This is is despite very positive work by management.

the outcome of the derby ownership negotiations and the 'lind effect' will need to be closely watched for the rest of the year. not saying its bad, but it could get out of hand, and as described by a fellow poster 'Pyrrhic victory' for shareholders.

People need to do appropriate research and risk management to protect yourself. some praying and hoping certainly won't hurt.
