The spruiking about super majors went on well after it was known FMG pulled out. I won't mention who it was because he's not a bad bloke.
Human nature is such that when you here something over and over again you start to think it might be true.
OBL cannot fully exploit it's holdings without the technical expertise, resources and cash from the likes of a WPL, STO, OSH or an overseas major. The OXX money is a mere pittance to what will be required.
Just hoping Doyle can surprise the market by making a significant announcement out of left field. The market loves positive surprises.
