There is a flow chart on that page which included timeframes. You can click on each individual boxes and it will give you definitions of what each stage means.

Basically just to summarise the current EIS progress is that a draft EIS must be submitted within 24 months of release of final Terms of Reference (TOR). For BGD, this was November 2010 if I remember.

Once the draft EIS is approved, printing of the EIS document can proceed and community consultation can commence immediately.
