Well it looks like there is ample opportunity to get out at 3 if one chose to.

Is it an attempt to keep the SP up for the placement shares to exit or is there still something more to this despite the lack of info from managment. Could the money from the placement be for getting a new, near to completion aquisition over the line?

Something doesnt add up and im compelled to see how it plays out. Placement at .001 seems like they needed these funds in a hurry even though they still have operatinal funds in the kitty...
