Yeah agree "Acquisition and Financing" would have made me very excited.
This CR may be just a piece in the puzzle, as you say it doesnt seem like they require immediate cash.
The bit I dont understand with todays trading is that there was no speeding ticket issued, would they have come out with this trading halt today regardless or did they figure out the cat was out of the bag and it was in response to the spike?
From my very limited experience this sort of dormant spec share has a few splutters before the real game is on... if any. But yes the large register is in the back of my mind.
