Yeah I looked at that too thunder...but I am unsure what they mean by "alternative offer" as it is not defined.
We were not offered "cash" or "scrip", just the "cash/scrip" offer, so I am not sure that we had an "alternative", there was no choice or we all would have gone cash. Be wrapped if you are right...but it's not too black and white to me.
