    I don't know about anything going on, however the new investor bought in around 25 cents I think, NSX now have some cash to keep hem going, something they had been borrowing from FEX and business slowly appears to be picking up.
    There was an announcement regarding some mutually beneficial relationship with a Chinese exchange.
    The shares are very illiquid so if anyone wants some they have to bid it up.
    The volume at the increased price is small.
