The reason people are still buying is because they have read between the lines.

While 100m will come in for the company after the sale, there will also still be about another 200m to add to this from the profits in the next few months. This money which comes in from now will not be part of the sale and means that the company should have around 300m to split up leaving sharholders with something like 20c per share.
