Well, I did attend the AGM and there was additional info displayed on the screen that many may not have noticed.
It included the number of shareholders that voted for a particular resolution, even thou I requested it to be trailed just on the remuneration resolutions.

They avoided introducing two columns with the shareholders numbers who voted FOR or AGAINST a resolution.
This would have clearly shown if there was a divergence between the poll and shareholders result.
Possibly necessitating the Board to re-evaluate their recommendation and force them to amend the remuneration rewards.  
If a majority of shareholders opinion was listened too, it would temper the irrational exuberance of the top 20 rewarding themselves.

It just amounted to building up false hope that the company was a leader in improving transparency. Which I hoped, would also filter thru to the media and flow on thru to other companies.
The actual report sent to the ASX was the stock standard report, missing the new additional information.

Does anyone know who is responsible for sending these info to the ASX, whether it is Linkmarket or the BOQ Investor Relation Manager?

Is it possible to view the broadcast of the AGM at my discretion?
