SVW is more than just channel 7. It is Seven Group Holdings which includes companies such as Westrac, It's earnings are way more diversified than just Channel 7. Also the notes have a clause that they must be paid before dividends are paid, and considering Kerry Stokes earns the majority of his income from his Company's dividends, I doubt he'd wish to stop that anytime soon
