The related party disclosures for the Havilah Resources Limited 2018 Annual Report showed $40,000 to a related party of Dr Giles, $64,000 to a related party of Mr Stewart and $26,000 to a company controlled by a related party of Mr Richards.

It is worth noting that the services provided under these related party transactions were for marketing and PR support, legal services, and accounting services respectively.

All services which a vast population of capable providers in Adelaide may have provided to Havilah Resources Limited.

For transparency and good corporate governance, if a related party transaction is chosen over other alternative transactions with non-related entities, the reasons for choosing the related party transaction over the alternatives should be explained in detail by the Board in each Annual Report going forward.
