This begs the question "What is William Giles doing for Havilah and how much is he getting paid?"
I did some research last night and this morning.
For the second part of your question this information was available from Havilah Annual Reports.
2018 $40,000 (page 97) for 2017 annual report preparation, marketing and public relations support to a related party of Dr Giles
2017 $13,000 (page 67) for social media and marketing services to a related party of Dr Chris Giles
2016 $6,570 (page 54) for social media services to a related party of Dr Chris Giles
For the first part of your question it is probably best for Will Giles to tell you in his own words.
“I don't publicly talk about my work very often but DAMN am I proud to have been involved with Havilah Resources over the past year, in particular managing the marketing behind the Portia Gold Mine Project. In this time the company has gone from strength to strength and I honestly can't wait to see what the future holds for it!“ (28 February 2017, Havilah Resources Facebook, Community tab)
“Safe to say that the recent business trip to China with my dad was a great success. Today Havilah Resources announced that it has signed a deal with a respected Chinese mining company to help with the pre-feasibility study of Havilah's Kalkaroo project, one of the largest undeveloped Copper-Gold mines in Australia!” (29 May 2017, Havilah Resources Facebook, Community tab)
“It's a pretty awesome feeling to contribute somewhat to the success of a company and see the fruits of your labour come to fruition... if i'm being completely honest, it's been a pretty freakin' steep learning curve (understatement of the year) but since taking up the Head Marketing Manager role at Havilah Resources I've learnt an unbelievable amount of industry insight and gained invaluable marketing knowledge!” (4 June 2018, Havilah Resources Facebook, Community tab)
